Ashwin, Jadeja ranked 1-2 in ICC Test rankings

Jadeja comes just behind R Ashwin by taking 26 wickets at an average of 25.84 in the five match Test series against England. Ravindra Jadeja's maiden 10 wickets in the fifth test against England in Chennai helped him to rise in the ICC Test rankings led by R Ashwin. Jadeja is now behind Ashwin ranking on 8th position.This is the first time since 1974 that the two Indian bowlers ranked in the top list in bowling rank.

In the recently, concluded match against England Ashwin took 28 wickets at an average rate of 30.25 on the other side Jadeja took 26 wickets at rate of 25.84.A total of 93 wickets fallen of England Ashwin and Jadeja both combined took 54 wickets.

Jadeja is also ranked at no.3 in the Allrounders list which is again topped by R Ashwin. Jadeja made a total of 224 runs at an average of 37.33 including two fifties while Ashwin made 306 runs at an average rate of 43.71 with four fifties.
